Rome, Florence, Venice..Oh My!
One of my favorite itineraries from my travels is to visit Rome, Florence, and Venice with the inclusion of Tuscany along the way. From the grandeur of the Colosseum and the Roman Forum to the collections of the Uffizi Galleries and palaces lining the canals of Venice; this trip brings so much variety to a vacation in Italy. However, there is so much more to Italy than just these three jewels which is why it's important to create an itinerary focused around individual interests.
Many of my clients want to explore more the countryside and to focus on small town gems like Siena and San Gimignano in order to experience the wineries of Tuscany and the gastronomical treats found in tucked away restaurants in this region. Others want to combine their trip with a coastal flare incorporating Cinque Terre in their trip or the Amalfi coast when heading south beyond Naples. Let's not forget Sicily which in many ways feels like its own destination anchored by the beauty of Mt. Etna.
